Origin & sourcing
Sourced directly from the chilli belts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where we work close to the growers and drying yards so lots can be selected before they change hands.
Quality & grading
Chillies are graded on colour value, pungency and stem condition, then cleaned and moisture-controlled before despatch. Pre-shipment samples are shared on request and third-party inspection can be arranged.
